Childcare Educator
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or higher)
- Current Blue Card (QLD) or Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Lead Educator
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience in early learning, ideally in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and the EYLF
- Current Blue Card or Working with Children Check
- Strong communication skills to connect with families and teams.
Early Childhood Teacher
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience in leading or mentoring teams is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current Blue Card or Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Centre Directors
- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (Level 6+ preferred)
- Experience in early learning, ideally in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0 and National Quality Standards
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Valid Blue Card or Working with Children Check
- Confident with basic computer systems
- Driver’s license and reliable transport
